Biography
Jessie Guest is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of South Carolina. She completed her doctoral studies at the University of South Carolina. Jessie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Supervisor in the states of South Carolina and North Carolina as well as a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor. Jessie currently coordinates the Graduate Certificate in Play Therapy and is the Coordinator of the Center for Community Counseling within the College of Education. Jessie’s research interests and publications consist of Social Emotional Learning, mindfulness and well-being, play therapy, countertransference, and trauma.
