Our Approach
As an office and a department, our door is always open. Come talk to us about scholarships, loans and your financial aid timeline whenever you have questions.
For Medical Students
We meet briefly with all our first-year students to talk about options for funding and budgeting. During their second year, medical students will meet with us again to talk about how you can deal with the costs of items like step exams and study materials. Our final meetings happen during the fourth year when we talk about travel-related expenses as you begin interviewing for residencies. This is also when we'll begin talking about your student loan repayment options.
For Graduate Students
We offer financial counseling for students in all our graduate programs on request. Our individualized approach allows Graduate students to request a one-on-one session by contacting the Financial Aid Office whenever they have questions about financing their education.
