Leadership
Our leadership team pushes our department forward to provide the best educational and clinical experiences to the next generation of family medicine providers.
We understand that keeping people healthy goes beyond our role of diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses. Health and health care should be holistic as well as person and community-centered. That’s why we train medical students on health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education, quality and safety, and community health through classes, lectures, projects and public service activities.
Our leadership team pushes our department forward to provide the best educational and clinical experiences to the next generation of family medicine providers.
Our faculty push our students to grow and improve their skills as they work to find the discipline and specialty that best suits them. From their years as M.D. students through our residents and fellows, our faculty and attending physicians are educating each step of the way.
From M.D. clerkships and rotations to career-definining opportunities for our residents and fellows, our educational endeavors are at the heart of what we do.
From cutting-edge research to clinical trials that can help innovate the fields of family and preventative medicine, our faculty are constantly pushing boundaries in the lab.
