Jennifer Weil Arns, Ph.D., Principal Investigator

Arns is professor emerita of the School of Information Science at the University of South Carolina. 

Arns' research interests include the valuation and administration of public libraries.  Her extensive publications include co-authorship of three highly regarded publications in the field of public library valuation:

Clayton Copeland, Ph.D.,  Co-Principal Investigator

Copeland is the director of the Laboratory for Leadership in Equity and Diversity (LLEAD) for the School of Information Science at the University of South Carolina.

 Much of her research, which has been funded by the American Library Association, focuses upon equity of access to information for people with disabilities.  Copeland also pursues research interests in universal design for learning, literacy, facilities planning, technology, and materials and programming for children and young adults.
