Research

Dr. Blanck is the Director of the Gift of Body Program and the Course Director for the human medical embryology and gross anatomy course taught to first year medical students.  As one of the core teaching faculty, Dr. Blanck instructs in various courses throughout the School of Medicine and the University of South Carolina.  Some of her interests are dance medicine, pilates-based rehabilitation, and physical activity and quality of life.  She advises students regarding post-baccalaureate education options, graduate school and medical school.  She has served as a member of the Admissions Committee at the School of Medicine, and she is currently  active on a variety of other USC-SOM committees.
