In the course of interviewing potential faculty or staff positions the college may request that you host a candidate for a meal. Please follow the following criteria when dining with a candidate on university funds: 

• Limit of two CIC faculty or staff plus candidate will be reimbursed (all others attending the meal will pay their own bill).
• The department designated host will pay for the candidate and seek reimbursement.
• The per person maximum for CIC faculty and staff will be as follows:

• • $25 per person breakfast
  • $25 per person lunch
  • $50 per person dinner
  • Amounts above exclude tax and gratuity 
• Alcoholic beverages are limited to one per person and must be submitted on a separate receipt for reimbursement .
