Outstanding Graduate Students Can Now Apply for SPARC

SPARC offers eligible USC graduate students from all disciplines funding up to $5,000 for their research or creative projects. 2023-2024 SPARC applications are due November 14, 2023 by 5:00 p.m.

2023 Excel Funding for the Liberal Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences

Applications are open for faculty project proposals for up to $18,000 in funding for research. Proposals are due October 24, 2023.

The Office of the Vice President for Research and the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are now accepting research proposals for funding through the Racial Justice and Equity Research Fund. Proposals are due by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 7, 2023.

Propel Research Mentorship Program open for applications

Propel is a structured research mentorship program that provides new and early-career faculty with nine months of structured workshops, mentorship and editing support to help them develop a polished grant proposal for the National Institutes of Health or the National Science Foundation. Nominations for the 2023-2024 Propel class will be accepted beginning Tuesday, May 16, and complete nominations are due by Friday, August 4, 2023.
