Columbia campus
Academic classes and business offices for the College of Pharmacy are located in the heart of the University of South Carolina’s historic Columbia campus. Our students benefit from having close access to clinical practitioners through our association with Prisma Health, the largest not-for-profit health organization in South Carolina.
As a comprehensive Tier 1 research university, USC offers students the opportunity to conduct high-impact research in a number of health-related fields. Outside of the classroom, pharmacy students enjoy the extracurricular benefits of a major university – from Gamecock sports to events and more.
Greenville campus
Our Greenville campus is located within the USC School of Medicine-Greenville building on the Prisma Health–Upstate (formerly Greenville Health System) campus, the largest care provider in the region. With one full-time faculty member and modern facilities custom-designed to facilitate student-centered learning, Greenville campus students balance distance education with hands-on learning and mentoring.
Up to 18 students each year can opt at the time of admission to transfer to the Greenville campus following the second professional year. A small class size allows for a collaborative, team-based environment with an excellent learning atmosphere.
The city of Greenville offers a charming mix of culture, history, and picturesque natural attractions at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
