Air Quality
South Carolina is a humid climate and is rated in the top twenty five allergy capitals
in the United States.
There are proactive steps you can take to improve your air quality, stay healthy,
and cope with allergies.
Mold & Mildew Prevention
University of South Carolina is located in Columbia, SC and year round we experience
a very humid climate. Mold and fungal spores exist outdoors and are part of the natural
environment.
It is impossible to completely eliminate mold spores, but students can take proactive
measures to maintain a healthy living environment on campus.
