Campus Tour
If you would like a USC campus tour, call or visit the USC Visitor Center at 803-777-0169. Tours take about two hours.
Visit the School of Music
Once your campus tour is set (or if you choose not to have a campus tour), contact the School of Music for an appointment at 803-777-4281. School of Music appointments are available on weekdays only.
- For prospective music majors or minors, contact the USC Music Admissions office at 803-777-4281 during regular business hours. We’re happy to set up an appointment with you to show you our facilities and discuss audition dates and admissions procedures for the School of Music.
- For students not majoring in music but wanting to perform in one of our many ensembles, contact the ensemble’s office directly to secure an appointment with faculty in
that area. Most USC music ensembles are open to students of all majors and include
performance opportunities.
Location: The University of South Carolina School of Music is located adjacent to the Koger
Center for the Arts at 813 Assembly Street in downtown Columbia, SC 29208.
Parking: The Discovery Plaza Garage entrance is located at 851 Park Street, behind the School of Music, and offers hourly parking. Metered parking is also available on the streets surrounding the School of Music.
