The college's opportunity and engagement efforts support a broad range of underrepresented
individuals, including people from various racial, ethnic and gender groups, people
with disabilities, nontraditional students, the LGBTQIA+ community, veterans, first-generation
students and any other students who may feel underserved.
The inaugural Career Tracks — a conference featuring HRSM alumni and industry leaders
from underrepresented backgrounds offering mentorship, professional and personal development,
and career insights — debuted for the spring 2024. Career Tracks 2025 is scheduled
for Feb. 20-21.
Carolina Creed
As a Carolinian ...
I will practice personal and academic integrity;
I will respect the dignity of all persons;
I will respect the rights and property of others;
I will discourage bigotry, while striving to learn from differences in people, ideas
and opinions;
I will demonstrate concern for others, their feelings, and their need for the conditions
which support their work and development.
Support Opportunity and Engagement at HRSM
Gifts of all sizes have a collective impact and support opportunities for underrepresented
populations, including scholarships, internship opportunities, mentorship and professional
development programming. Your gift allows us to live the Carolinian Creed more fully.
