Elise Joelle Denoulet is originally from Lille, France. She earned a bachelor’s degree
in English from the University of Lille in 2019 before moving to the United States,
where she completed a Master of Arts in Journalism (2022) and a Master of Fine Arts
in Documentary Filmmaking (2023) at the University of Mississippi. Her creative work
includes films such as Unsung Heroes: The Jones County Drug Court and Mississippi Creates: Jerry Jenkins, several of which were selected for film festivals.
Building on her passion for education and language, Elise Joelle is now pursuing a
Master of Arts in Teaching French at the University of South Carolina, with the goal
of becoming a K–12 French teacher.
