The Law Inclusive Excellence Fellowship Program is designed to provide an exemplary 3L student the opportunity to serve as a leader for inclusive excellence initiatives in the Law School.
Consistent with the Law School’s Mission, Vision, and Values, the Inclusive Excellence Fellow will work with faculty, staff, and students to advance Inclusive Excellence initiatives that enhance the richness of our learning community and help to develop action points and benchmarks for fostering positive change.

Responsiblities |
Under the guidance of the Director of Inclusive Excellence, and in collaboration with the Faculty & Staff Inclusive Excellence Committee and the Community and Engagement Task Force, the Inclusive Excellence Fellow’s duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
In consultation with the Director of Inclusive Excellence, the Fellow will identify a signature Inclusive Excellence project for the year, to be completed before the end of the spring semester of the Fellow's 3L year. |
Time Commitment | This fellowship is a hybrid position that will require both in-person and remote work. The Inclusive Excellence will work an average of 5 hours per week and meet bi-weekly with the Director for Inclusive Excellence. |
Compensation | The Inclusive Excellence Fellow will receive a stipend of $1,000 per semester. |
Eligibility | Applicants must be rising 3L students in the School of Law who will be enrolled in full-time coursework at the School of Law for their entire 3L year. Applicants working in other paid student employment positions may not exceed the maximum number of allowed student employment hours (20 hours) per week. |
