Take Care of Yourself
You’ve heard it all before: to stay healthy, you need to eat right, get plenty of rest and stay active. When your graduate studies interfere with those goals, you have options on campus to get help and take care of yourself.
-
Mental Health
You can take care of your mental health with on campus resources like counseling and psychiatry, 24-hour and online support and mindfulness programs.
-
Medical Services
As a USC graduate student, you have access to a wide range of medical services and a dedicated team of health care experts right here on campus.
-
Wellness Coaching
Free wellness coaching programs can help if you would like to improve your approach to balanced eating, physical activity, and stress management.
-
Campus Recreation
Physical activity is a great way to relieve the stress that comes with graduate school life. Find exercise classes and equipment in two on-campus recreation facilities.
-
Disability Resource Center
The staff in the center can work with you and campus faculty and staff to recommend temporary or longer-term accommodations to help you stay on track.
-
Health Insurance
All students are required to have health insurance and the eligible Ph.D. and graduate assistants may qualify for a USC-sponsored Health Insurance Subsidy.
