Faculty, staff, and students are able to connect with anyone, anywhere in the world, for a face-to-face, point-to-point or multipoint meeting without having to travel. Participants do not have to be an employee or on the USC network. They can participate from any device capable of receiving a video call. The room is available Monday through Thursday from 8:15 am-7:45 pm, Fridays from 8:15 am-4:45 pm. These times are subject to change pending holiday schedules and summer schedules.
The video conference room is a self-service room. We can provide some consultation and assistance for the conferencing system to ensure it is functional. Use of the Video Conference Room is free of charge. The conference room is equipped with:
- PC with Skype and Microsoft Office Suite
- 80-inch television
- Projector
- Polycom conferencing phone
- Wireless keyboard and mouse
- Laptop Connections
- Conference style seats for 9 (room seats 13)
