Student Health's free wellness coaching program can help if you would like to improve one or more of the following areas:
- Balanced Eating
- Physical Activity
- Stress Management
What to Expect
You will meet individually with a coach for an intake visit for approximately 45 minutes to review your current habits, identify your priorities, and create a realistic action plan. Follow-up visits are typically 30 minutes.
