What to Include
Be strategic. When writing your Federal resume, strive to use language similar to the job announcement you're responding to and include as many matching key words as possible. Federal resumes should be two to five pages in length.
When your resume is reviewed for initial qualifications, it is important that you
explain to the Federal staffing specialist where you were previously employed and
for how long. They will be looking for specialized skills and experiences that relate
directly to the position for which you are applying.
