Background

Ms. McNeice is the Managing Director of the Undergraduate Program in International Business. She supervises and manages student support services for international business students in the classic track program and the cohort programs. Ms. McNeice is responsible for the admissions process for all undergraduate IB programs, the advisement of IB students, and the study abroad placement process, matching students with our top partner universities. She supervises and trains staff, collaborates with faculty on program developments, and liases with university stakeholders including IB partner schools, the University’s Education Abroad Office, Undergraduate Admissions, and the South Carolina Honors College. Before joining the IB Department in 2021, she served as an Associate Director and Academic Advisor in the Undergraduate Division of the Moore School for over 13 years, and also taught University 101, the first-year experience course for new freshmen at the University of South Carolina, for ten years. In 2025, Ms. McNeice was named the Susie Van Huss Staff Award winner at the Moore School for 2024-2025 academic year, and the University’s Ada.B. Thomas Outstanding Advisor of the Year in 2020. Prior to her time in the Moore School, Ms. McNeice held student services roles in undergraduate admissions, orientation, and student success.
