How to Apply for Financial Aid
We advise applicants to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) early in the admission season, even if they have not received an admissions decision from the USC Joseph F. Rice School of Law.
The Federal Code to designate the University of South Carolina as a recipient of your financial information is 003448.
A new FAFSA is available each year on October 1 and a new FAFSA must be submitted
each year in order to get aid. To be fully considered for all financial aid resources,
it is suggested that you complete your FAFSA and turn in any forms to the university's
Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships by April 1.
Feel free to contact their office at uscfaid@sc.edu or 803-777-8134 if you have additional questions.
