The conference offers an outstanding group of nationally-renowned speakers, including Jonathan Blattmachr, Howard Zaritsky, Brant Hellwig, Jerry Hesch, Mary Radford, John Goldsbury, Ellis Pretlow, Kevin Heaton, Tom Pauloski and Tax Court Judge Adam Landy, covering essential and significant issues in estate planning and family and small business planning.

The program will include presentations covering:

The program has been certified by the South Carolina Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization for 13.25 hours, including 1.25 hours for ethics, of Tax and Estate Planning and Probate specialization credit. The Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards has approved the program for 16.5 continuing education credits. The American Bankers Association has approved the program for 15.75 CTFA credits.
