Research and Teaching Interests
Chelsea Richard is the Director of Research and Strategy at South Carolina First Steps. She and her team support the agency and early childhood system partners in strategic planning, research, evaluation, and data infrastructure and capacity building. Her research interests are: maternal and child health; substance use; disability; survey methodology.
