Research and Teaching Interests 

Ana Cossio provides training to PASOs team, contracted, and volunteer CHWs to build the internal capacity of the organization. Ana Cossio also standardizes, refine and implement trainings for community leaders and professionals employed by other organizations that build upon PASOs expertise. Develop evaluation strategies, to measure the skills, knowledge, and professional needs of new community health workers. Ana supports program coordinators in recruiting, and training new CHWs.
