Since our ultimate goal is to help you land the job of your dreams, we designed our curriculum to include at least one (and in most cases two) internship experiences. You’ll learn a lot about the things you love, and you’ll probably learn just as much about the things that you don’t enjoy. But that’s OK, because this is your testing ground to identify the right career path for you.
Dedicated Support
There is no list of approved positions or a directory of employers to call for internship placements, so in other words, your options are limitless! To help you along the way, there are four internship directors in the College of HRSM. Each director is assigned to a specific area of study, and their one and only job is to support you through this process.
Internship Requirements
- All undergraduate students in the College of HRSM must complete at least one internship.
- Internships receive a letter grade (they are not pass / fail).
- Internships may be paid or unpaid, depending on the employer.
- Internships can be completed anywhere in the world, as long as there is access to the internet or a way to submit related coursework during the experience.
