Middle East Studies Minor
The Middle East Studies minor at the University of South Carolina offers a comprehensive,
interdisciplinary framework for understanding one of the world’s most vibrant and
culturally diverse regions. The program moves beyond traditional area studies to explore
the intersection of the region’s past and its contemporary role in global economic
systems and international politics and diplomacy.
