South Carolina's Environmental Justice Thriving Communities Technical Assistance Center is part of a network of centers led by Research Triangle Institute International in the Southeast (Region 4), supported by a $10 million grant from the Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Energy. The grant includes $1 million to support technical assistance in South Carolina.
