Associate Degree

Associate degrees can be earned in two years. They can be specific to a skill set, like an Associate of Science in Business, or more general, like an Associate of Arts. Students who choose the more general degree often continue on to earn a bachelor's degree. You can earn an associate degree from any of our Palmetto College campuses or 100% online.

Bachelor's Degree

Bachelor's degrees from USC are comprised of core courses and specialty courses specific to your major.  Bachelor's degree programs typically take four years to complete. For students who have already earned some college credit, we offer online bachelor’s degree completion programs.  First two years 
The  Carolina Core  is USC’s general education program, and it includes a variety of  liberal arts classes. You can take these courses in person or online at any USC campus, including our two-year Palmetto College campuses.  You can also earn these credits through a technical college or a four-year institution. 

 Last two years – Major Coursework 
In your last two years, you’ll specialize and declare a major. You can complete  the final two years of your bachelor’s online at Palmetto College, or at one of our  four-year campuses.
