Presenter Registration

REMINDER: Presenters must register for Discover USC 2026 by Wednesday, March 4, 2026.

Important Registration Information:

  • Abstract titles and abstract text must be approved by the project mentor before submission to Discover USC. If your mentor has not approved your abstract title and text, please exit the form now, secure mentor approval, and come back to register with the final version at a later time.
  • Abstracts are limited to 300 words, based on the word count system used in the "Abstract" field within the below registgration form. Sometimes the "Abstract" field word count system counts words differently from other programs like Microsoft Word or Google Docs. This means that the word count shown in other programs may differ from the word count registered in the "Abstract" field below. If the abstract field below indicates an abstract is longer than 300 words, you must shorten your abstract to satisfy the form requirements.
  • Please note that special characters in abstract titles or text can cause glitches/odd characters to appear in presentation listings. Organizers recommend using as few special characters as possible.
  • To preview and complete this registration form, you must first indicate your Presenter Type. Subsequent questions are dependent on this selection.
  • It is essential to enter all email addresses correctly. All Discover USC communications to presenters and mentors are sent to the email address you enter into this form. If there is an incorrect email address the affected presenter or mentor will not be able to receive these important messages. If you have registered for Discover USC, but have not received a confirmation message (or if your mentor did not receive a confirmation), please contact us to check the system for an incorrect email address.
  • Before submitting your registration form, be sure all required fields are filled, and that you have clicked to complete the security check.
