Workshop details are listed below. There is no registration required to attend these sessions, and all undergraduate students conducting research on USC campuses over the summer are welcome to participate.

Wednesday, June 19, 2024 Presented by Dr. Charles Pierce, Associate Professor, Civil and Environmental Engineering, and Director, Center for Integrative and Experiential Learning This interactive workshop will introduce integrative learning and engage students in reflective thinking and writing exercises about their research experiences. |

Wednesday, June 26, 2024 Presented by a panel of Faculty and Graduate School Staff This panel discussion will feature a discussion of the graduate school application process, with emphasis on how to select a graduate program and what to consider when looking for a graduate advisor. Common parts of application packages will be discussed, including research/personal statements, resumes and recommendation letters. |

This workshop will also explain options for funding your graduate education, including assistantships and fellowships. |
