If you are a new client* and are ready to purchase a personal training package, you
can submit your intake form and purchase your session here. Please allow at least 2 business days for your intake to be reviewed to begin the
process of matching you with a trainer.
If you would like to learn more about personal training and want to set up a brief

InBody Analysis
The InBody 270 accurately measures your body composition in less than 15 seconds. You will receive
a results sheet with key body composition components to track your progress and health
including skeletal muscle mass, body fat percentage, basal metabolic rate, and more!

Fitness Assessment
Fitness assessments are necessary to obtain an individualized base-line measurement
and help you set specific and measurable goals. The assessment will measure multiple
components of your fitness including muscular endurance and strength, cardiovascular
endurance, body composition and flexibility. This information allows your trainer
to personalize a plan specifically for you.

Your personal trainer will design a 6-week program for you that is tailored to your
goals and specific needs. You will meet with your trainer for a 1-hour session so
that they can explain the program and answer any questions.
