Group X

Join our dynamic instructors for energizing group workouts that cater to all fitness levels! With 9 different class types and a variety of formats, from yoga and Zumba to strength training and cycling, there's something for everyone. Enjoy access to over 70 classes each week with our Group Fitness pass, giving you endless opportunities to move, sweat, and have fun. 

Group X Updates

Price Drop! Purchase your Fall 2024 Group X Pass for a discounted rate of $15 to take unlimited classes the rest of the Fall semester! You can register on DSE and pay a $5 drop in fee per class.

 

Reservations Required

Participants are required to make reservations for all Group X classes through DSE. Log in using Single Sign On (SSO) with your existing university credentials. 

If you can no longer attend a class, please unregister by going to your My Classes page in DSE and unregistering to open your spot up for someone else!


Group X Class Types/Formats

Participants are able to take part in a variety of class types, with multiple formats in each area. Feel free to participate in an old favorite, or try something new!

    Strengthen your entire body through controlled, low impact exercises that will focus on core stabilizer muscles.

Private Classes

We are excited to serve our community this year! Throughout the year, we will look at establishing pop-up classes, and you have the ability to request private Group X classes for your organization.

Requests for Fall 2024 Private Group X Classes are being accepted now! Fill out our form to begin the process. If your organization is interested in scheduling a Private Group X Class during the summer, please contact groupx@mailbox.sc.edu as instructor availability is limited.
