Course Description

Requirements for organizations that handle protected health information, including information about which entities need to comply with laws protecting such information and to what extent. Prerequisite: C or better in LAWH 700 and LAWH 701. (These prerequisites may be waived for a student currently enrolled in the JD program at the University of South Carolina).GC: 11/22/2021.
