What to Expect
TriBeta is the National Biological Honor Society. The Tau Mu chapter at USC has a goal to assist all members in gaining experience in the field of biology through research and volunteering in order to strengthen candidacy for graduate school and other professional positions. We host (virtual) meetings every other week where physicians, researchers, and other guest speakers encourage students and give advice on biological professions. During these meetings, we also review research, volunteer, and professional development opportunities available at USC and in the surrounding Columbia area.
Registered Student Organization (RSO): student organizations that are independent legal entities from the University, have no delegated authority from the University, and do not perform functions on behalf of the university.
