The Office of Undergraduate Research offers weekly "Getting Started in Research" workshops as an interactive session designed to help students explore research opportunities across disciplines. Participants will identify their research interests, learn how to find and reach out to potential faculty mentors, and begin developing a roadmap for their research journey.
This toolkit breaks down the process into steps and provides helpful worksheets to guide your self-reflection. You'll also find other useful resources to help you prepare for research, connect with mentors, and make the most of each research experience.

This is THE search tool for exploring the research interests of USC faculty members by keywords, campus, college/school, and/or department to find potential faculty mentors for your undergraduate research.
