Request a Calendar Event

If you are hosting an event on campus that is open to the public that you'd like to promote, please use the form below to tell us about it. If your event follows the calendar guidelines, it will be approved for inclusion on sc.edu.

To be considered for the calendar, events must:

be hosted by campus entity. It can be co-sponsored by non-USC groups, but there must be a USC group (student org, academic unit, center, etc.) involved as well.
be open to the public
be able to accommodate the public (venue capacity of 25 or more)
be a special event (not a regular standing meeting). It can be recurring, but not as normal run-of-business (i.e. Farmer’s market is fine, but not daily walk-in hours)
include a complete event description, with location, date, time, summary of event content (preferably in AP Style) and costs to attend.
